Due to COVID, The Naturalista does not accept returns or exchanges, all orders are final. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.  If there is a problem with your order, please email info@shopthenaturalista.org within 72 hours of delivery.

The Naturalista is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders marked as "Delivered" are not eligible for refund or replacement.
